Hi Cameron, lots of nice things about this map.
You asked for any out-of-station interchanges that you might have missed. One that’s always missed – it’s never been on the tube map, despite being extremely useful, is the one between Kenton (Bakerloo) and Northwick Park (Metropolitan). It’s an official interchange, a 3-minute walk.

Hi Cameron, fantastic design and write up!

I happen to work and therefore commute through a tricky section of the map. There’s an OSI between Canary Wharf (DLR) and Canary Wharf (Jubilee); and there’s also an OSI between Heron Quays (DLR) and Canary Wharf (Jubilee). But you’d have to pay to ride the (quite scenic) 150 metres or so between Canary Wharf (DLR) and Heron Quays (DLR).
